# Diagnostic matériel

Afin de préparer l'équipe de 0/1 pour votre virage numérique, nous vous demandons de nous envoyer un diagnostic matériel des machines que vous utilisez (histoire que nous n'installions pas des vitres teintées sur votre moto ou un "hitch" sur votre Yaris...)

Le meilleur dans tout ça : vous n'avez besoin de rien installer, les outils sont déjà sur votre ordinateur.

## Windows

Procédure pour créer un diagnostic matériel sous Windows :

1. Cliquez sur le menu Windows (en bas à gauche de l'écran)
2. Entrez : "Informations système" ou "System informations" selon la langue de votre ordinateur.
3. Ouvrez l'application
4. Cliquez Fichier > Enregistrer sous. L'application créera un fichier.nfo
5. Envoyez nous le fichier.nfo.

## Mac

Procédure pour créer un diagnostic matériel sous Mac :

1. Cliquez sur le launcher (petite fusée que vous utilisez pour lancer des applications)
2. Entrez : "Informations système" ou "System informations" selon la langue de votre Mac.
3. Ouvrez l'application
4. Cliquez Fichier > Imprimer > Enregistrer en PDF
5. Envoyez nous le fichier PDF.
